The real inhabitants of Morocco are the Berbers they have experienced a series of invaders over the yeaars. The Phoenicians were the first in the 12th century BC. The Carthiginians – who incorporated (which meansA firm or company that has been formed into a legal corporation by completing the required procedures)the littoral region into their large empire. When Carthage was brought under cotrol by the Romans in the second century BC, the North African coast came under Roman control. After them came the Vandals in 429 AD and the Byzantines in 533 AD. The first Arabs arrived from the west in 682 AD and established a series of dynasties.
